Think the post covers most aspects, but if you believe it will help others and make fitment easier, then i have no problem doing that and sharing the fitment and issues, i guess the mod may become more popular as time goes by.
How would i go about doing that, just do it as a new post on the bike help forum or is there better way? 1 thing i didnt take any photos (they were provided by another member) so it would be writing only
Im new to this.

Ok so finally got around to actually fitting the new modified swinging arm as well as the 4 roller bearings and new pivot shaft you also get two pivot washers and 2 further spacer washers which fit on the ends of the pivot shaft, this in turn sandwiches between the frame.
Problem on my freshly powder coated frame the pivot shaft was abput a mm or so to large for the gap, no matter how i tried i could not get it fit, so i had to improvise, 1st off came the top rear engine mount and frame brackets, next using a scissor jack between the frame near the swing arm pivot, using 2 blocks of wood and 2 rubber mats to protect paintwork, splayed frame by 1.5mm or so just enough to get swinging arm in place and the locking pivot which fits inside new pivot in place. Result! once jack removed and lock bolt tightened i have a lovely smooth swinging arm with 0 free play
Result, just need ti get rest of bike rebuilt now!

Getting there. Slowly, slowly catchy monkey. At least you'll have confidence everything is as it should be once completed. Summer 2026?

Thanks Warren that def sums me up the slowly part, makes me envious watching how quickly Phillippe has been doing his project.
Guess we all work at our own pace. Mine just happens to be slow, but i am learning!!!!
