Hi guys, finally finished my project but one last thing to resolve. How do i stop my sprocket bolt from coming undone. It's not a standard sprocket, 5/8 offset. Any ideas would be grateful.

Drill a hole through the flange of the bolt into sprocket and fit a sprung a pin or grub screw

Thanks Warren…..I am now learned
Ok, so the grub screw would just wind in and out in a thread. How would the spring pin come out? Would I have to drill through the sprocket completely, therefore enabling the pin to be knocked out?

They are only small so as long as it engages both the bolt flange and sprocket use one that is long enough so it is still proud of the bolt flange and just pull it out with pliers.
The key is drilling the correct diameter hole so the pin closes when pushed in. The friction then holds it in place.
