No expert, but my understanding is Matt colours will take higher temperatures than Satin/Gloss, so given the temperature headers can reach then you may be better going with the former, or as said above the ceramic coating.
I had my Turbo silencers heat resistant powder coated around 1K miles ago and the finish is still perfect and is also MUCH more chip and scratch resistant. Apparently it takes much higher temperatures than standard powder. Only Downside was it was only available in Matt, but it doesn't fade to that horrid grey colour which most black painted engines etc seem to fade to all too quickly.
