Totally replaced the main and pilot jets with proper mikuni ones from here
and after struggling with the rubber boots, got genuine kawa ones from z-power. Took it out and it's like a new bike, very responsive

Thanks for the advice on the carbs and the air box rubbers.
Totally replaced the main and pilot jets with proper mikuni ones from here
