as I took my rear wheel off yesterday this small cylinder type thing fell onto the floor, its about 2 cm long with a hole in the centre. I cant quite work out wher it comes from, not sure if its inside the wheel or not.

looks like its off the brake where the pull rod goes through on a drum brake model that is........
