Fitting a Wiseco 1075cc Kit on a Z 1015cc A4 engine.

Three questions if I may?

1. Head gasket and camchain tunnel O-ring.... standard two piece gasket or one piece cometic? Omit O-ring or not, if omit, do you fill O-ring groove with silicon or something like it?

2. When pushing these engines up to 1075cc, is it recommended that you a) weld the crank b) fit an oil cooler c) do both ??

3. Would you use APE or Genuine Kawa valve stem seals?

Think the above may be more than three questions?
Thanks

Finally making some headway.... Been lucky with a complete ST engine bought from DK back in the mists of time. They seem to have doubled in price since then. Broke it open to find top end and bores pretty mint.... maybe it came out of a crashed bike? Anyway, will be alot of it left over (bottom end) when I have finished rebuilding my two engines.

A = I prefer the one piece cometic and fill the groove with Vtech rtv sliced flush once cured

2. When pushing these engines up to 1075cc, is it recommended that you a) weld the crank b) fit an oil cooler c) do both ??
A = No real need for an oil cooler in the not so sunny UK.
Welded crank definately needed if you ride it like it should be ridden but you will get away without if ridden "normally"

3. Would you use APE or Genuine Kawa valve stem seals?
A = Never had an issue with either genuine Kaw, APE or Viton so your choice.
I currently use the Viton ones from Nick at Suzuki Performance Spares.
