Z100ST to Z1100A Rear wheel / bevel swap

Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to swap an ST rear wheel for the 16" one fitted in the Z1100A?
Not sure if the bevel box and general running gear are the same across the two bikes so any knowledge gratefully received before rushing out to buy parts.
