I've got alot of corrosion in the piston seal grove's on all the calipers was going to use grit paper in various grades or is there a better way?.

Hi.
I'd use a Dremel with one of those small diameter brass rotary wheels. Will not remove material but will the corrosion. Far less abrasive.

I also use Alan’s method using the brass wire brush, however, make sure it is a brass brush as some of the cheaper ones have brass plated steel bristles which when abused, could damage the alloy of the calliper.
Cheers.

another option I've used is a 2mm ( I think ) Allen key, with the long end held in a set of Mole grips. It reaches round the corner at 90 degrees to the cylinder, and the accurately machined ends and edges will scrape the corrosion off the machined seal recess. do it gently and keep the long end parallel to the bore so it doesn't waggle back and forwards to gouge the alloy
