Not Mk2 or any other z1/z900/z1000.
Some sort of mid size mid eighty's maybe Kawasaki.
Look like they've been modified looking at the big lumps of weld in the middle of the mounting bridge - so might not any longer fit whatever it was they came off originally.
Did the Mk2 run with these on ?
Do you have the manifolds to put them on ?
Maybe someone might want to try them on a Z1000 ?

Z1000M ?? ie US spec . Spacing may have been altered to fit a Mk 2 hence the cut n shut welding. Some measurements of the intake throat width, and a photo of the underneath and from the cylinder head side to show the pilot / air screw holes and choke and throttle linkages might help

Searching around, think they are from GT550, so don't know why someone would put them on a Z1000, bike came with a decent set of original carbs, maybe the guy was going to swap them

Hi Rob, you could try the "For Sale" section on this forum - they might be of some use to somebody ! I was going to suggest the same for the wheels but I see you already have an interest from the Forum for the front one at least !
