Swingarm bearing

Hello All,

I'm just about to refit the swingarm to my Z900 A4 and thought I would go for what I thought would be an 'upgrade' and went for a needle bearing kit rather than standard bushes.
I saw an earlier post on the same subject where the needle bearing kits didn't appear to receive a glowing endorsement...
Despite this I'm sort of committed now so thought I would persevere. I know that fitting these ought to be fairly straightforward, however the bearing cap/washer doesn't seem like it is properly designed to fit on the end of the swingarm pivot tube. The photos below show the way I think they ought to go. The instructions are in German only and lack anything helpful like a diagram. I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me if I have this wrong or what should be the correct way to assemble the parts.
By the way I haven't fitted the need bearings into the swingarm yet.

Thanks for the John.
That's what I thought as well but the thick washer (on the outside) doesn't rotate freely in the bearing washer - the OD is too large and it binds.
