J2 wiring diagram wanted.

Guys, anyone one got a j2 wiring diagram they could share?
Im getting a bit peeved with the side stand cut out switch specifically. Every parts diagram shows the side stand to be a normal single spring no cut out switch. The wiring diagram for J1 shows a stand cut out switch with 2 wires.
The J2 bike I'm working on has a 2 spring side stand with a 4 wire side stand switch. 2 black, 1 red, and 1 blue/white. I can't find any diagram specifically for the J2 or any diagram for any model with a 4 wire switch. I'm not sure which which pairs should have continuity in which positions as it seems to change everytime I test it and have no diagram to check against.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

This MIGHT help- my Z400J has a similar set-up.
I've a Black & White wiring diagram- if you want I'll scan it and PM it to you?
From what I can see - one black goes via a single connector to the starting button on the RHS handle bar switch.
The other black goes via another single connector to the starting relay.
The Blue/white goes via a single connector, then a 2 pin multipin connector to the side stand relay.
The red I think is actually pink, and it goes via a single connector into the loom and joins the many brown cables.
All the above may be totally irrelevant of course!

That might help thanks. First model I've heard of with a 4 wire set up so might clarify what's in front of me.
At least I might be able to work out how this thing is meant to work and what should do what in what position.

No problem.
It'll be later tonight before I get scanning.

That would be great thanks.
In the event the switch I have is useless do you happen to know the part number for the 4 wire switch?

That's the same part number as for the Z400J too, so this wiring diagram might help.
PM heading your way Warren...

Ah, excellent. Just need to track down a diagram now.
The switch I have was behaving strangely and i have tracked that down to a crushed black wire beneath the heatshrink. It is now behaving consistently with the stand down blue/white and pink has continuity. With the stand up the two blacks have continuity. I assume that is how it should behave?

those type of switches where very unreliable that's why they changed them to the two wire type fully sealed unit

OK, my first experience of this type of switch. Hasn't gone well so far!
If it proves troublesome I will just delete it. Never left a side stand down in 45 years and don't intend to start now!

Hi.
I have a GPz1100B2 that uses the same set up. All connections end up under the tank with one operating the side stand LED display. Strange thing I noticed the other day when fitting the front sprocket cover were 2 unused wires tucked away colour coded for the later plunger type switch! Its a German import.

Just seen this post - currently away from uk, but my last job before going away was to figure the exact same problem on a J2 restoration. My conclusions (from laying out a replacement loom with a lot of nos electric parts are as follows:
1. The J2 was the only model to use a clutch lock out switch and side stand cut off switch;
2. The J1 wiring diagram shows only the clutch lock out switch - hence the two wires (both black);
3. Those wires run parallel to the l/h switch loom to a white block connectors located under the tank;
4. The four wire side stand switch runs 2 wires to the side stand relay and two others which I think run to the two “spares” referred to earlier. I didn't have time to test the connections before going on holiday - but am happy to tell you the results early next week

That would be handy Bill, thanks. Got a few parts to sort before the loom goes back on so not super desperate.
If your in need John sent me a J2 diagram which is in German but even I can translate blinker! The rest is also fairly obvious.
