Indicators

Noticed that when the headlight on my Z1000 is on the indicators flash more slowly - Checked battery on multi-meter when removed from bike and shows over 12v to fully charged - Should I check battery with engine running - Any thoughts ? Cheers all.

Most likely poor wiring - aged wires & connectors!

Did you check the voltage with the engine running?.

Probably the Regulator/Rectifier, more so if it's the original one/s.

Thanks - Had a new combined reg/rec 18 months ago and prob done 200 miles since - I'll check anyway - Cheers all.

I had the same problem on my LC turned out to be the flasher relay!
