Thoughts on this Cylinder Head, salvageable?

Ok so due to popular demand here are the photos of my cylinder head from my project bike. Its a 900 head on a Z1000 bike. The bike overall is fairly good for a project and it ran when I went to look at it, no knocks or rattles, overall I was and still am pleased with the bike. I have had the block off and taken some initial measurements, all seems in spec and in good order along with the pistons.

Its just the head at the moment that has been a bit of a shocker. I think I initially got the ar@e with it and thought OK replacement head required! However on reflection perhaps all is not lost?

1, On measuring the valve gaps, two are down to 2.00mm (and all the others getting very close) On removing the valves it looks like all valve tips and some collets have been tipped on a feking grinding wheel by hand, the seats are also worn and pitted.

2, The cam cap bolt thread housing has been broken off. This was cleverly disguised and painted with perfectly moulded araldite! Until I noticed the slight weep of oil from it. I then removed the araldite to expose the bodge.

3, The circular flats where the head nuts sit (x3) seemed to have been hit with a centre punch/screwdriver. How on earth has anyone managed that?

4, Exhaust stud mounting has been broken welded back on at an angle (not straight)

5, There is what seems to be a time-sert in N04 plug. No problem - but looking from inside the chamber there has been some milling going on (for the time-sert?) and the hole is just touching the outer valve seats (see pic)

As I say, on seeing all of this I initially thought well this is just scrap, but perhaps in the right hands it maybe salvageable?

Fingers crossed for the results, there are at least 2 on here on a reguler that will know the answers, in the meantime keep an eye on this

looks like a good head bar the broken fins but those can be fixed by using your own as a.. fin donor. It shouldn't go for to much as people tend to stray away from heads with broken fins as they think its a game over problem.

Ah not a bother so, sure I use a broker, get sent to the warehouse in New Jersey domestic and then on to Ireland. Head like this will set me back the domestic shipping plus US vat, then about 50 euro in shipping to Ireland and then then import bullshit.

Everything on that head is fixable.
It's just the extent of the valve seat recession and what may need to be done before resorting to new seats.
1000J valves which are bigger and 1mm shorter stems would probably be the answer to salvaging what's there now and give back many years of use but accurate measurements need to be taken.
