Hi. I'm looking for the following parts for my 1978 KZ1000 A2. Any help appreciated for sensibly priced items.

Original type Air Box, all parts required

Chromed grab rail

Owners Handbook Tray for seat cowl

Working Seat lock with key(s)

Seat cover and foam - may consider complete original seat

I've got one for sale with the indicator ears if thats the type your after plus some other bits, look in the for sale section around the 15th may, dont know how to put a link to it sorry.

I have a seat from a 1977 Z1000 A1 that I removed during a recent restoration. It has some minor damage to the cover but the base and foam are fine.

Not sure if it will fit yours?

Some pictures of the seat attached Andy. It looks like it has been recovered (not very well!) before by a previous owner.

I'd be looking for £75 plus postage for it.

Looks like I'd have a similar amount of work to with your seat as the one on there already so I'll leave it thanks.

You also mentioned that you were looking for airbox parts.

I removed this snorkel from my bike as the previous owner had drilled holes in the tube to “improve performance”. I covered the holes with tape, and it worked fine, until I could find a replacement one.

Is it of any use to you?
