Carb spare needed

Hello ......can anyone help I am trying to find a " butterfly " for the carbs on a Z1B ..........part number 16074-006

Not sure if the picture will display properly (Part 68) but seems also described as 'throttle cable pulley'.
Looks like a part specific to the Z1b.
